Shipping Policy

Every order ships tracked from our warehouse in Denmark and is processed within 24 hours (business days only).

Our standard service is PostNord tracked delivery. Once shipped, it usually takes:

Europe (UK included) and the United States: 2–5 business days.

Canada: 4–10 business days.

Depending on your country and the weight of your order, checkout may also offer a DPD or GLS pickup point, or home delivery by GLS, DPD or DHL. Each option shows its price and delivery time before you pay, and every one is tracked.

Shipping is free on the standard service for orders of €100 or more. Pickup points and home delivery options are always charged.

If you chose pickup point delivery at checkout, the carrier takes your parcel to its pickup point nearest your delivery address, and your tracking shows which one. Bring ID and your tracking number to collect it; pickup points keep parcels for a limited time, often about 7 days.

Please note: These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, holidays, or local delays.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@outdare.co.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
