All orders are processed within 24 hours (business days only).

Once shipped, delivery times are approximately:

Europe : UPS express 2-6 days.

United States : UPS express 2-6 days.

Please note: These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, holidays, or local delays.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service atsupport@outdare.co.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
